Can i plant tulip and daffodil bulbs now because did not get the time to plant them in november/december time or will they hold out til next november?

Depending to some extent how they were stored they could well have dried out by now. All you can do is plant them now and see what happens as Urbanite says.

I wouldn't bother trying to store them for another six months. You could try potting them up and forcing them into growth indoors but don't expect much from them this year.
