I sow'n some pansy seed in winter and they now are young plants will they flower in spring or have I sowed the wrong seeds I expected them to flower in winter.

Yes, though you might find you need to cut them back in June - they can get a bit scraggly looking.

No, they'll be fine, they'll flower normally. Even those pansies sold as 'winter' pansies have their best flowering late March through to early June.
