I have a miniture pear tree planted in a large tub which has produced pears, but I have noticed orange spots (in some cases only 1 spot) appeared on each leaf, can anybody please tell me what the problem is? Will this harm the fruit? Thank you for your help.

Photograph of the problem would be helpful - could be leaf spot (fungal or bacterial), rust or pear leaf blister mite.
