I am groing tomatoes in growbags at present

I am growing tomatoes in growbags at present. The plants have plenty leafage but no fruits yet. How do I get them to produce tomatoes.

how tall are they and inside or out-- and do they get sun, also you do not say if any flowers have appeared? ( sorry its all questions )
