Can you plant the pod that remains after the flower has died off and produce new arum's

Hi Andy and welcome to GoY you would need to wait for the seed inside the pod to ripen. You can then collect the seed a sow in a pot of seed compost and cover with a thin layer of grit. Will be a few years before you have flowering size bulbs.
