Tribblestro... if you want to respond, its much easier to do it under your original question - the people who have answered you get a notification that something's been added, and will find it, whereas just putting one word means we have to click on your avatar and look at previously asked questions to try to make sense of things.
I'd guess you're telling Fractal that the thanks you offered to him were in respect of the Cordyline question you originally asked. And he may well not see this, which he would if you'd responded in the right place.
