I have a very healthy looking raspberry vine, last year and this it has not flowered or fruited, i only purchased it last year from a local store, what i am doing wrong all my other fruit trees and vegs have thrived.

It sounds as though you have a non fruiting cane, you should plant more than one to get a good result.
