What there is of it looks healthy, but why is it trained as a standard with so little leaf on the top? Was it a standard when you bought it and is it grafted? I'm not surprised you've only got two fruits, I think you're lucky to have those with such a small amount of leaf.

This is how I bought It they said It was grafted that’s all I know although they is a load of new shoots starting to grow you cannot see them on the photo.

Usual method for growing this plant is to fan train up a south facing wall, and not as a standard either. Not sure what to tell you if its grafted at the top of that standard stem, because that means you can't cut back past that when it is hard pruned in winter, as it should be.
