Our buddleia last year produced very strange thin flowers and strange curled leaves. As usual we pruned it down but this year it has produced lots of curly leaves but no flowers. Should we dig it up and plant a new one or is this some sort of blight that can be treated?

Can't help thinking this might be a virus. I would just replace. Could you post a photo?
