Why are my apples dropping from the tree. It is two year old Bramley apple tree.

First, it could be "June drop", which is where immature fruitlets naturally thin themselves by some falling. It seems a little late for that, and if the fruits which are falling are not very small, then this could be drought, particularly as your tree is only two years old and not yet terribly drought resistant. Water well by leaving the hose trickling at the base for a few hours, and then make sure you give it a good few gallons twice a week till the fruit is ripe and while the weather is hot and dry.
