Hi there I am looking for something evergreen to use in raised beds that grows about 3 to 4 inchs high not grass or camomile can you help please.

You could try a hebe, there are loads out there and I'm sure one would be about the right height otherwise what about a heather, erica Ann Sparkes is lovely as it has a super red colour through the winter.
