I am in France near Geneva with a camellia in a pot struck by sudden frost in May 2010. As a result, blossoms died and now leaves are turning brown and curling. Advice, please.

Sounds like a water problem - if the plant is in a pot, as you say, then check it isn't rootbound - if so, repot in ericaceous compost in a larger container.
