I'm not at all sure what you're asking, Guest - I'm understanding you want to know how to keep watering, but the answer's so obvious I hesitate to believe that's what you mean, but here it is anyway - get the hosepipe out and water as often as necessary. Or have an automatic watering system installed.

I think they mean:

(Perhaps you could kindly tell me) how to maintain (this) plant. (What are its needs regarding) watering,sunlight (and) ground cover.

No idea what "ground cover" might refer to in this context though....
