could it be a hebe?

Leaves don't look like a hebe to me even though it is our of focus

didnt someone suggest a euphorbia when it was posted earlier?

That was when Gaul posted the same plant, and I said it looked like a euphorbia, but I had never seen one that color. Unless this is too personal, is he (or she) OK, Marjorie?

I think we need a close up of the leaves...it's hard to make it out from this pic.

I think this may be euphorbia chameleon ?? I have one and the colour does vary depending on how much sun it gets.
