They will die back naturally. If you must remove them just pick them off and bin them.

have tried that they keep comming back and am worried incase my pets eat them.
is there no way to remove them permanently?

Your pets will have far more sense than to eat fungi. The spores will eventually die back by themselves when the weather changes.
