I've just bought some strawberry planst for growing in a hanging basket the variety is called Tamara. I started to read up and got lost with the June bearing, Everbearing and Day Neutral... how do I know which I have purchased? I have alist of questions such as - will I have fruit this year? Should my plants stay in the baskets over winter? What should I do with the runners?

OK guest, You should get fruit this year, not sure about keeping them in baskets and if you have enough plants then simply cut off the runners when they appear. This will cause the plant to produce more fruit as it will need to reproduce itself through seed.
If you cut off the runners this year you can always let them grow next year to increase your "stock"

How do I say thanks?
