Could anybody please identify this plant for me. It was here in the garden when i moved here 4 months ago. It looks quite poorly and has lost leaves. Many thanks

It's so ill it's virtually impossible to tell, looks like its on its last gasp - cut it right back and see what happens - its possible its Senecio (now Brachyglottis) but really, its hard to be even remotely certain.
