what pests bar slugs eat the flowers on Arum Lily's? I have the white ones but after a few days of flowering,, something chews the edge of the flower, then it begins to die. Help!

Only snails, I think, but whatever is nibbling at the flowers, it wouldn't cause the flower to die immediately - each flower only lasts a few days anyway.
