why has my clematis Josephine evijohill not flowered this year was bought pot grown and is planted in garden in march in a sun semi shade position and water well until established there is plenty of green leaf

Answers
Sometimes they don't as they need to settle into their new position. Also they may be making new root growth to replace any damaged at planting time.
It could as Steragram says be a late flowering one.
