I'm a bit puzzled as to why you would want to, and what part of the eucalypt was used to make the mulch - I don't know whether it would cause any problem or not, but I wouldn't on edible crops because of the high level of gums and resins in eucalypt bark.

I used that mulch b/c i was told it was good to mulch around plants to help keep weed away, keep moisture in & bugs out & b/c i know the eucalyptis is know to keep bugs away in general. & i just put it down yesterday. dang it.
