Hello, I only have a small patio and grow things in pots and a window box. I brought a rose (Harvest Fayre) currently in a pot (size width 15 cms and depth 20 cms) it is growing and looks like it has buds on it. I will be giving it some special rose food later but want to know do I need to re pott it this year?

Needs to be in a larger pot, ending up by next year in one that's 2 feet deep by 12 inches across (60 cm x 30 cm). They like to put down a good strong root as deep as possible.
