I have two beautiful lush plants that resemble a Dieffenbachia plant but they do not have variegated leaves. Do they belong to the same family? Different name?

Well it's definitely an Aroid (Aracae family) Looks like one of the big Diffenbachias so I'd stick with that....although I've not seen a green one.
It's a lovely plant though
