Why is my cordyline growing all twisted ??

Looks ok to me. It's quite young and once the stem develops to full thickness, the leaves should start to be arranged more spirally and open out more I'm sure. Seedlings start off dichotomous (leaves alternating in one plane) and only start to spiral a little later in development. Some start a little later than others.
