Good evening.
I noticed a delphinium leaf hanging down wilted but still attached. Inside the wilted leaf I found this caterpillar. Any ideas on what it is from and how to spray.

Try not to spray it, the moths need as much help as the butterflies to survive and if you don't care about the moths - they are all part of a food chain.
