No. You need to train them to use a certain part of the garden, really, or else flush the area used immediately afterwards with the hosepipe, which will reduce the damage, but not stop it entirely. You can apparently get something called dog rocks to put in their drinking water to reduce the acidity of their urine, but I'm told lots of dogs won't drink the water they're in!
