Can I plant Blue Bedder, Foxglove, Summer Squash and Tomatoes all in one bed?

Answers

Depends on the size of the bed. There is no reason not to grow fruits and flowers in the same bed.

So will the species be able to coexist?

yes as long as the taller ones are not shading out the light from the smaller ones, they get enough water and space. If they are closely planted then you may need to 'feed' them regularly.
