I have a Victoria Plum tree 5 years old it has buds on but they are not opening up ,I did snap one off and it was green inside but i thought it should be more forward then this , my pear tree has finished blooming any ideas please

Victoria plum trees are in polllination group 3 - that means they're later flowering, so just wait longer.
