Hi all is it to late to prune really aggressively on a climbing rose as it is fully covered in greenfly and blackfly.I couldnt control the problem last year or before. As if i leave it any longer they do spread to all my other plants.Any help would be greatly appreciated.:)))

I pruned one last week so no its still ok. then spray with a systemic insecticide if you use pesticides. if not soapy water will work to some extent.
