My lupins which I've been growing from plugs for just a couple of months got zapped by some frost about 2 weeks ago. Some of the leaves have been very damaged from this, should I remove the damaged leaves or just leave them?

you can remove them to improve the appearance of the plant. It wont hurt the plant either way.
