I don't know whether I have the box virus or not. My small box edgings to a parterre of 4 smallish borders look terribly ill and some have obviously died. The variety is "Falconer" which I was told was less vulnerable. As I live in N. Yorks and we had a very cold winter - could it be caused by this? Help!

Need more info as to the symptoms - what you've described is akin to going to the doctor and saying I feel "terribly ill" and expecting him to know what's wrong without a description of symptoms, lol! What are you seeing on the plants in terms of leaf colour, deposits, insects, discolouration, etc. A photograph would also be very helpful.
