Fuerteventura, Spain

I planted an Apple tree about 2 years ago...we have had apples off of it already and they were green and quite sweet although small...it was bought in Corralejo, Fuerteventura and it now has a disease on it....My mum thinks its Canker but it doesn´t look like it to me...it has what i would call nodules on it which are small with a little yellow spot in the middle...it is nearly all over the tree except down at the bottom...it isn´t black anyway on the tree abd it still has its leaves and keeps flowering pinkish flowers...Can anyone help as to waht the disease is and the cure.......Thankyou
