Can I have some information regarding planting charlotte potatoes in a bag. How much soil to put in etc.

Assuming you mean a potato growing bag, fill the bag one third full with soil and the put your seed potatoes on the surface - probably no more than 3 potatoes. Cover with soil, as the tops grow up keep covering with soil. Water well and keep in good light, as much sunshine as you can manage BUT remember they will need a lot of watering.
