Hi I have a wilting dahlia. It's a young plant. It's leaves are up in the morning but by the evning it is wilted over. My other dahlia are growing fine.

It could be a heat issue?...is the plant in a pot....it may be rootbound; it may need a weak feed; if it is in a pot check the roots for vine weavil....
