i have a solanum which has 'eggs' growing on it? What kind of solanum is this?

On plant solanum, this is all I know

If the flowers are pale mauve, it's S. crispum 'Glasnevin' and they do produce these 'fruits' sometimes. They are poisonous!!!!

We have a Solanum linearifolium that produces fruits that turn from green to yellow. Its common name is 'Mountain Kangaroo Apple'.
