Agree with Scotsgran you need to keep ridging up the potatoes so that the tops do not get frosted. Bulbaholic checks our just about every day and pulls a little more soil up and over them.

Cover the foliage completely with compost. It has got a touch of frost. If they are in the ground use a draw hoe to pull soil up over the foliage.
