If you mean the flowers are dying off, they do after a week or so, to be replaced by more. However, if you recently bought them and planted them straight outside, its a bit cold for them yet, shouldn't go out till end of May, and would have needed hardening off first (standing outside for lengthening periods over a week or two till they've been out all night).
