i grew loganberries last year and inside almost all the fruits was a small insect like a caterpillar or grub. how do i prevent this from attacking my plants this year?

loganberries and raspberries often get white grubs inside
you can spray with chemicals to help protect them.
dont know the name of the stuff but the garden centers sell allsorts
