Is this a primrose?

I think this is an evening or moonlight primrose. Does this look like either? I had some last year, but don't know if these clumps (lots of them) of leaves are derived from them. They could be weeds for all I can tell. ^o^

Not a primrose, they do look like weedsto me but then we do not know all your plants over there.

This doesn't look like what I know as Evening Primrose - namely, Oenothera - yellow flowers that open in the evening with a delicious scent.

Looks like a young evening primrose - will flower next year as they are biennials - seeds everywhere but what other plant can you actually watch opening its flowers?
