This time last year I had to relocate a small Mexican Orange Blossum bush. Since then, the leaves have all died off and there are no signs of any new leaves even though the plant is still alive (if you cut any of the shoots/branches they are still green). Will it eventually start growing again or will it die? Is there anything I can do to assist?

Well it might, but quite frankly, I'd be cheesed off having a plant that's taken a year to adapt to its situation and isn't performing properly, so I'd get rid of it and start again.
