Don't know what is eating the leaves of both my lemon and orange plants. They also get brown marks on the leaves which are stuck together and sometimes a small aggot can be found inside the stuck part of the leaves. Can any one tell me what it is and how to treat them. The plants were over wintered in the cool conservatory and have been placed outside 2 weeks ago.

I would spray it with a systemic insecticide such as Provado Ultimate bug killer. Also, pick off any maggots as you see them. Feed the plants with a citrus plant food too.

Thank you volunteer, i have been picking the little blighters off all thru the winter while the plant was in the cold conservatory. Have placed them out side when we had the start of the warm weather and have have been feeding them. I have some Pravado in the shed so will give the plants a good spraying.
