I overpruned my climbing rose. The stems are not dead but there are no shoots coming.Can I save it?

If you have just pruned it, it will take a little time to recover.....keep it watered and give it a feed of fish, blood and bone....it should eventually start to sbow some growth, but you may not get any/much flower this season.
