why has my ruhbarb suddenly developed flower like blooms at the top

One of mine has done this too. just pull it out/cut it off. it wont make much difference to it. One of mine didnt get it removed last year it is growing well this year.

Hi Guest it has 'bolted' you will need to cut out the flowering stem and use the remaining rhubarb
