the tallest delphiniums are about 6ft as are the hollyhocks. penstemons about 2ft, lupin max 4ft, gaillardia foliage 1ft flowers up to 2ft.
Lagurus [I assume the plant not the steppe lemming Lagurus lagurus] is about 1-2ft tall.
you can get dwarf forms of delphinium/lupins too.
