Can't offer you a diagram but this is what you do: In the summer take soft green cuttings 1.5 to 2.5 inches long with a heel, and put into a pot with a mix of loam and sand and place in a shaded frame, cold greenhouse, until rooted. Water regularly. Pot up individually, overwinter in the frame and plant out the following spring. Mind you I find ours layer themselves.

you will need to take alot of cuttings they dont like there roots being disturbed.nature does it well but not quite so good when we interfere.it took 30 cuttings and got 7 plants,but its worth the effort.
