My potted orangeola appears to be getting off to a good start this year; however some tiny, immature, red leaves are drying up and falling off. What's going on? Gardener 1953

On plant Acer palmatum

Is it in a windy spot? This can cause the leaves to get burnt off, also prefers semi shade and being kept moist

How do I say thanks?
