my heebie shrub as flowered for the last eight years from may onwards with annual dead heading, this season the plant seems to be withering ande drying up of the leaves. can you advise

some are not fully hardy could it be the cold winter thats caused it, you could look for new leaves coming or scrape a tiny bit of bark to see if its green
