I have three not to big rose bushes, they are probably about 3 yrs old. Do I cut them back now or just leave alone?

Hi cynthia it is usual to prune roses in the spring. cut them down to 2-3 buds. the top most one should be outward facing, to keep it an open shape. remove any dead or damaged wood too.
