how can I get rid of wild celendines which cover my border- I've tried for 4 years but they come back every year.

Hi Waterall and welcome to GoY. Short of spraying them with something like Roundup you will just have to keep digging them out.

trouble is if you keep pulling them out your just breaking roots and tubers are left there to grow back, a nightmare really,
