I need some raspberry cane advice. I have a 5' x 11' space bordered by 2' paths. How many rows of raspberries can I plant along the 5' so I can reach them over the years and they don't get unmanageable.. one or two?

I'd put them in 2 blocks of 5' by 5.5' as they roam around a little! But you could start with a zig-zag row with 2' between each plant diagonally (if you see what I mean!). Books say 12' between rows! But 2' between plants.
