how tall does this plant grow and what soil type does it need?

On plant Amelanchier lamarckii

About ten feet tall - any soil type, though prefereably not acidic.

Not ten feet, Wagger, but 10 metres - 33 feet is its ultimate height, but it takes a while to get there - will be five feet after five years.Full sun or partial shade, any garden soil that doesn't dry out too much but isn't waterlogged.

Oh, if only ten feet was ten metres - I'd find that sooo much easier...

You must need a scaffold tower to prune this, lol.
